Inside Spain's Exclave In Africa ()

Sometimes, you just never know what to expect in Africa. I was in the far north of Morocco, on a very unusual border -- a border with Spain, not in Europe, but on the African continent. This was the Spanish exclave of Ceuta, which borders the Moroccan town of Fnidiq on the other side. What a strange situation, I thought. Your first thought might be, hey why does Spain still have colonies there? But the truth is a bit more complicated -- Ceuta is considered as Spanish as any other part of Spain. ...which is only a problem when you consider some controversial outfits they wear for Christian ceremonies and festivals.
